Requirements

Can I use my international driver's license? Valid drivers licenses issued in your state or country is acceptable as well as international licenses.
Do I need insurance? Yes, insurance is required in State of Florida.
What are your age requirements? You have to be at least 21 years of age.
Under 25 years old has an additional fee.

Do you pick up at the airports and Hotels? Yes, we pick up from the airport & and Hotels and bring you to our location with phone reservation.

What forms of payment do you accept? Credit card or debit card (extra fee for debit card, proof of residence is required for debit card) No cash rentals.
Can I use another persons credit card for renting a vehicle? Yes, but the card holder must present themselves with driver license to sign the rental contract and assume responsibility.

Do I need a deposit? Yes, a deposit is required for security purposes. The amount of the requested deposit will be returned to you.
How much is the deposit? The deposits is based on the type of vehicle, usually from $400.00 to $1,000.00
Do I need a deposit if I use a debit card? The debit card deposit is from $300.00 to $1,000.00.

What type of cars do you have? We have economy, compact, mid size, full size, convertibles, SUVs, mini vans, cargo vans, pick up trucks and 1 or 2 person scooters.
Do you have automatic or stick shift cars? All our vehicles are automatic.
Do you have air conditioned cars? Yes, all our cars have air conditioning.

Do you offer accessories with your rentals? We do have accessories that can be rented with the vehicles. The accessories are a baby seat and GPS.

Is there an additional charge for more than one driver? Yes, additional charges apply when rental vehicle is to be driven by more than one person that is not on same insurance policy.
Is there an additional charge for fuel? Fuel must be brought back the same way it was given to you or you will be charged.
Is there an additional charge for underage? Yes, it only applies to customers that are 21-24 years old.
How much is the fee for using a debit card? The fee is $10.00 per day, $50.00 per week and $100.00 per month.

Can I drive out-of-state? Vehicles can only be within the state of Florida only. No out of state driving.

If I rent a vehicle for a month can I get a good price? Yes, vehicles can be rented by the month and receive a special offer.

If I have a flight leaving during your closing hours, is there anywhere I can leave your vehicle? Yes, we do have an after hours drop box, for customer convenience.
No one way rentals. All rentals must be returned at our location.
